Your Responsibility for Content and Conduct:
All our services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret and other statute.
Collect, store, or use information about others for the purpose of sending unsolicited or unauthorized communications. Except as we specifically authorize (via license or otherwise).
Examples of non-acceptable content or links:
- Adult Oriented Sites
- Pirated software
- Hackers programs or archives
- Warez Sites
- Irc Bots
- Mp3
- Subhosting - any domain housing additional users without first clearing it with us.
- Distribution points
- Any site whose primary purpose is file distribution
- Shareware, sound, video, image and multimedia archives
Due to special system and network requirements of adult oriented sites, pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Accounts that violate our Content and Conduct Policies may be deactivated, without prior notice and without warning. Web To Market Corp. will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these provisions. We charge violators $65/hour for all staff work to mitigate any effect caused by the violation, with a $250 minimum.
